INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

SUBMISSION
Authors should submit an abstract as well as the final versions of full articles in electronic format using the "paper submission" site.
All contributions should be in English.

THE DEADLINE FOR PAPER SUBMISSION IS EXTENDED TO
2006 JANUARY, 31th
PAPER FORMAT
The page size should be set to A4 (210 x 297mm). The paper must be no longer than four (4) pages.
FILE FORMAT
Documents should be submitted in PDF format.Authors should make sure that the file they submit will be properly displayed on a computer monitor, and on paper print-outs. To this effect, please keep in mind the following:
  • Document printing requires a resolution of 300 dpi. The size and content of pictures should be such that all significant details are visible in this resolution.
  • The PDF document must have all fonts imbedded, notably the ones used for phonetic symbols and foreign language sets. The easiest way to make sure that this imbedding has been properly done is to print the PDF file from a computer that has no special fonts installed.
  • A recommended procedure for creating PDF documents is to first produce a PostScript file with all fonts included, then process it with a PostScript to PDF converted such as Adobe® Acrobat®
FORMATTING INSTRUCTIONS
Templates are provided in MS-Word. The template is named "tmpl_tal2006.dot". Drag it to the folder containing templates near the MS-Word application. Then create a new file based on this template.
To do this, restart MS-Word and select "Project Gallery" in the "File" menu. A dialog window will be displayed. Select "Word documents" in the "Show" popup menu. The currently available templates will be displayed. Click "tmpl_tal2006.dot".
