Student and Post-doc volunteer discount

We invite presenters who are students or recent graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation) to apply for a $100 discount to their registration fee in exchange for a 4-hour shift working during the conference. Jobs include registering conference goers, overseeing poster sessions, and helping with technical support. For participants who qualify and have already paid their registration, a refund of $100 would be credited to the credit card used for your registration. We will only offer a limited number of these work positions, and priority will be given to those with higher net travel expenses. If you are interested in applying, please fill out the form below.

To help us coordinate scheduling, please let us know which paper(s) you will be presenting (paper number and session), and any other dates and times you are not available to work during the conference.
Travel expenses and other funding
We may need to limit the number of people using this program. Priority will be given to current students with higher expenses who have not received other sources of funding. Please briefly list your total travel expenses, any funding you are receiving to attend the conference, as well as any special circumstances you would like us to consider. (Your responses to this form will be confidential, and only visible to the organizing committee.)
