(1) In order to get ISCA member's regsitration fee, the participant must be an ISCA member at the time of the event. If membership expires before April, it must be renewed directly with the ISCA secretariat before (ISCA Membership)

(2) Student should send their identification card copies to the organising committee by fax (+33-5-46423532) on registration.

(3) to obtain the benefit of early registration, the payment via bank transfer or personnal check in euro should be completed by the corresponding dates.

Submission and acceptance of a paper implies that (at least one of) the authors will regsiter and present the paper at the conference. Papers will be published in the proceedings only if at least one of the authors officially registers by March 31, 2006.
The registration fee includes all oral sessions, coffee breaks, 1 copy of proceedings, three lunch meals and dinner banquet.
Student registration fee includes all oral sessions, coffee breaks and 1 copy of proceedings. It does not include lunch meals and dinner banquet.

LUNCH AND BANQUET
Additional lunch ticket : 25 Euro
Additional dinner banquet ticket : 50 Euro

ACCOMODATION
The hotel/hostel booking is not part of the registration process. Because at that time  there is an international sailing competition you have to book your hotel in advance. PAYMENT
You can pay early registration fees by bank transfer or for persons from the Euro zone by personal check in euro.
Personal check
Personal check in euro have to be done to Agent Comptable de l'ULR and send to Michel Grenié, 5 rue des flamants roses, 17140 LAGORD, FRANCE. An acknowledgement of receipt of payment  will be send by email.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
We cannot accept cancellation after payment. We will send one copy of  proceedings to those who cannot come, after the conference.

VISA INFORMATION
Please, note that visa is required for participants from several countries. Please, check with your local consulate/embassy on the requirements, keeping in mind that obtaining a visa can be a longish process. Those who need a letter of invitation to the conference must first register for the conference. To request a letter, please, send the following items to tal2006fr@gmail.com

Letters will be mailed after registration payment is received.

Neither the organizers nor supporting organizations are liable for any losses, injury or damage to persons or property, regardless of the cause. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
